Poppy is a stunning 8 month old tuxedo kitten, with orange eyes and unique markings.

Poppy LOVES to play!! She’s good at playing by herself but also loves to play with her humans. She would also love to be in a home where she had a feline buddy to chase around and wrestle with. She would benefit greatly from a playmate! She also likes to be home with her humans a lot. Currently she lives with an older, male cat.

Poppy also likes pets and snuggles, but only when she’s in the mood. :) She is pretty good about being handled and has tolerated well having her claws clipped a couple of times. She does not like the carrier, but once in it travels well.

​

She is very curious right now so likes to explore and see what’s going on. She’s a bit timid when the doorbell rings and new people come into the house, but is getting better.

​

Poppy likes to have lots of different scratching posts or stands and so far has been very good about not scratching furniture because of that. She loves to chase yarn balls and pom-pom toys, as well as the occasional bell ball. And she always loves a good game of string. We have not used a laser toy but assume she would like that also.

​

Poppy is a very, very sweet girl and would be a fabulous addition to a home in need of another cat!
